I love this series. It fits tight with the desk and has channels behind for running cords. Well worth the few extra $$'s to have a quality product that will last.

One of the drawer fronts was drilled in the wrong place causing the handle to be located at the bottom of the drawer instead of the top. I requested a new front and it was delivered in just a couple days.
For what it cost, it is a nice desk.

We combined three of these 3-drawer files, a lateral file and two corner desks to make a great U-shaped home office for the two of us. The 3-drawer file has lots of parts but the hardware is good quality and the pre-drilled holes allow easily attaching the drawer slides in perfect alignment. The instructions are mostly pictures and very helpful (and necessary).
We had no problem with the 3-drawer files being damaged in shipping, but one corner desk and the lateral file suffered damage (FedEx). We worked directly with Bush Industries and promptly received replacements for the damaged parts. Inspect all the parts as soon as you can, especially the large pieces. Hardware counts were almost always totally accurate. No extra pieces, though.
